Paraguay is a republic in South America with a surface area of 406,752km² and a population of more than six million. Its official languages are Spanish and Guarani, while the capital is Asunción.
Inter Campus Paraguay was launched in 2008 and now operates with 350 boys and girls and six local instructors in Asunción. They are split between the area where Aldeas Infantil SOS Paraguay operates and Cateura, a neighbourhood inside the enormous landfill site of the Paraguayan capital.
Inter Campus and local partner Asociación de futbolistas y amigos solidários de Paraguay aim to support social integration and give orphaned and abandoned children somewhere to play, along with the usual educational and sports training of the local instructors.
