FOR THE KIDS OF ABRUZZO

The special project Inter Campus for Abruzzo begins in the aftermath of the earthquake that devastated the region in April 2009, in collaboration with the Inter Club Coordination Office of Abruzzo.

3 towns have been identified among the most hit by the earthquake where to carry out a playful-recreational-sports for children: Villa Sant’Angelo, Fossa and San Gregorio.

While Inter Club engaged in a national fundraising, Inter Campus sent organizational leaders and coaches / educators who alternated their presence in the 3 following months to help relieve the discomfort of 150 children between 6 and 14 years living in tent camps.

With the support of local volunteers, the children participate in fun sessions playing football and getting the official kit Inter as a gift and other sports material were left with the contribution of the Youth Inter Center..
