[WELCOME INTER CAMPUS NEPAL]

KATHMANDU –  Thanks to the collaboration agreement with the ‘Apeiron’ Voluntary Association, the 30th Inter Campus project has officially opened in Kathmandu, Nepal. A hundred children aged between 6 and 13 can participate in the Nerazzurri’s educational project which has the social goal of promoting equality and fighting discrimination against women which is a serious issue in Nepali society that Apeiron has focused on for over 20 years. Through its social inclusion projects, Apeiron welcomes and assists women who have been victims to any form of violence or discrimination in order to help them to reach their full potential. Now, the children of this women will take part in the Inter Campus project.

“The opening of the 30th cooperative project in the setting of Kathmandu confirms and is evidence of the variety of efforts that we apply to our work to help children in disadvantaged situations across the world,” said Inter Campus President Carlotta Moratti. “Today, disadvantaged unfortunately means a lack of integration, poverty and inequality. 30 countries is an important landmark if we think about the focus that we apply to all of our children around the world but it’s still not many if you think about all the places that our vital social work hasn’t reached yet. The challenge goes on!”
