SPECIAL WEEK FOR THE CHILDREN FROM MONZA HOSPITAL

An emotional meeting with Javier Zanetti and the team, training with Inter Campus and a warm embrace from Lele Adani

MILAN – A truly special week for the boys and girls who are part of the Inter Campus Italia project has come to a close as part of the ‘Giocare aiuta a guarire meglio’ [play helps recovery] initiative that was run in collaboration with Monza Hospital and the Maria Letizia Verga Committee.

Guests on Wednesday at the Suning Training Centre together with their parents, the kids had the chance to get to know Javier Zanetti and visit the press room to take photos with Luciano Spalletti at his press conference. They then attended training, watching on from the side of the pitch before meeting the players after for photos and autographs.

On the same day, the youngsters received Inter kits that they wore during training with the Inter Campus coaches on the pitches at the Suning Youth Development Centre. It was a morning full of fun that ended with Lele Adani warmly greeting them all and the children embracing him.

We wish Stefano and Vittorio all the best after they were supposed to take part but couldn’t. Stay strong warriors and we’ll see you soon on the pitch!

As we know and as was confirmed by Dr Marco Spinelli from the paediatric unit at Monza Hospital who has always been close to this initiative, play helps for a better recovery!
