MILAN – Everyday more, sport is perceiving its social responsibility. It is not only about cooperation and development programs, professional organizations themselves are no more inclined to disregard athletes’ formation and community wellbeing. The same applies to the economic side: a new sustainable philosophy is spreading among big Clubs balance sheets, in soccer as in most of the disciplines.

It is not by chance, hence, that the Belmont University Master of Sport Administration contacted Inter Campus. Students from Nashville, Tennessee, arrived in Italy for a few tough days of meetings and institutional visits, had the opportunity to better understand our project and discuss about the role of sport as a social tool. Together with other important appointments, like the Formula 1 Monza Circuit visit, the meeting with representatives of the Milano – Cortina Bid Committee, the Italian Paralympic Committee, they selected Inter as the best expression of a responsible philosophy in the current football environment.

During the presentation, a lot of comments, opportunity for opinions exchanges and suggestions. Then quickly to the next meeting, to take out the most from this short European experience. Waiting for the visit to the Meazza Stadium, assisting Inter – Spal (March 10th, Sunday). Lucky enough to be there during the party weekend for Inter 111° anniversary!
