RIO DE JANEIRO – The rest of the globe may have switched off its attention after the World Cup, but Inter Campus and SAP are dedicating themselves to the children of the favelas.  Following their tradition of commitment to improving the lives of children in need in the communities in which they operate, Inter Campus and SAP have announced a new partnership in support of the Nerazzurri’s social programme, which has been active in Brazil since 1997.

As a global leader in information technology, SAP recognises and takes part in the focus on poor communities and is proud to support Inter Campus Brazil to ensure the right to play and contribute to the healthy growth of underprivileged children.

The presentation of this new collaboration took place in the Vila do Pinheiro favela in Rio de Janeiro, and SAP’s vice president of marketing for Latin America, Gustavo Amorim, was present along with Juan Jesus, who represented Inter. Taking part in this emotional day of festivities were a group of Inter Campus children, accompanied by their families and their coaches, SAP directors and Inter Campus representatives Nicoletta Flutti and Hildebrand Goncalves, several media outlets and many others. Then the Nerazzurri shirts were given out as games were played and new friends were made.
