[INTER CAMPUS CONGO, DON’T STOP ME NOW!]

Over the last few years, the Democratic Republic of Congo has endured both political and social turmoil. However, the work of Inter Campus in Lubumbashi, the south of the country, advances in this fragile environment largely thanks to the daily commitment of our partner Alba Onlus, the local coaches and employees of various centres that host and take care of the kids within our project.

Among the political instability linked to the election of a new President, which is expected by the end of the year, there’s also the issue of two armed groups at war over eastern provinces in the north and child labour linked to the extraction of raw materials in the south. However, despite the political, social and economic difficulties, the Nerazzurri’s activity in the country has continued. In fact, the project itself now plays an ever bigger role in protecting the rights of children.

Considering that football is not always a priority, this means that sport becomes an even more important tool in helping the kids grow. These are the moments when Inter Campus make the difference. Don’t stop!
